Yesterday the Philadelphia Flyers won their game against the Columbus Blue Jackets 4-3 in OT. It was an exciting back and forth game with a lot on the line. Both Philadelphia and Columbus are at the bottom of their division, and a loss in that game would cement the losers position as the worst team in the league.
The Flyers’ win lost them the title of worst, which is a win for them. It’s confusing I know but the point is that we aren’t the worst team in the league this year which is something, not much, but something 🤷♀️. Listen there’s not much to celebrate about and there’s not much noteworthy events to report on in regards to the Flyers, so this was the best I could do. Honestly after the embarrassment of one of our rivals breaking the season win record against us I personally needed this win to remind me that we’re not the worst.
Oh yeah our last game is tomorrow against the Chicago Blackhawks, but honestly at this point who cares.
