Is Jon Jones Going To Walk Through Ciryil Gane?

Tonight Jon Jones will faced Ciryil Gane for the vacant UFC Heavyweight Championship Title. This will be Jones’ first fight in about three years. Even given that fact there is speculation that the former UFC Light-heavyweight Champion will make light work of the Heavyweight Interim Champion Gane.

The idea comes from the fact that Gane is not particularly known for his ground skills. This was most evident in his loss to former Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou. So with Jon Jones’ extensive wrestling and grappling skills I would think we would have a nearly insurmountable advantage in that aspect of the fight. Former UFC Heavyweight Brendan Schaub said he would bet his house that Jones wins the fight, I’m so confident that he’s right I will do the same. So here is where I’ll say that I too, am betting Brendan Schaub’s house that Jon Jones wins his fight tonight.
