Yesterday the Drexel Men’s Basketball team won their game against conference leading, and formerly nationally ranked opponent in the College of Charleston. The game ended in a 70-69 victory for Drexel with Justin Moore making a game winning jumper with less than 4 seconds left on the clock.
Drexel stays unbeaten in home conference games despite the fact that they trailed by as many as 13 at times during the game. They were able to fight back and get a comeback win against a highly skilled opponent. This was a much needed victory as the Dragons had lost their past two games and gives Drexel fans something to look forward to as they hope to finish the season out strong.
The Dragons will play three of their next four games on the road. That stretch will begin at Monmouth on Saturday at 2 p.m.
