Ronaldo Set to Make Saudi Arabian Debut Tomorrow against Messi, PSG

Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo signed a deal last year that sent him to the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr. His contract is said to be a two and a half year deal worth about $225 million overall. This move is easily the biggest personnel move made in Saudi Arabian football history, as getting one of the best players in history in Ronaldo has to be a huge boost to the league as a whole.

Adding to that intrigue is the fact that his first game in Saudi Arabia will be against another man who can claim the title of the greatest of all time in PSG’s Lionel Messi. Tomorrow PSG will have a friendly against a Saudi Arabian All-Star team, which features players from a couple of Saudi Arabian clubs as well as Saudi Arabian international players. The team will be captained by Cristiano Ronaldo who is making his Saudi Arabian debut. This match up is highly anticipated as it has apparently seen over 2 million ticket requests. I for one am looking forward to seeing any game featuring Messi and Ronaldo, and I am especially interested in seeing how Ronaldo fits into this All-Star team. Ronaldo’s club debut will be this upcoming Sunday.
