The U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform released their final report today pertaining to their investigation into the Washington franchise and their decades of sexual misconduct as it was put in their report. The details of this report found evidence of not only scumbag behavior by Snyder, but also an extensive effort to cover it all up.
Now it doesn’t take a House Oversight Committee for me to know that Dan Snyder is a dirtbag, most people can tell just by looking at him. However there is now physical proof that the man behind the Washington franchise is just as scummy if not scummier than we thought. Now I’m not going to go through the whole report, though I will leave a link to it at the bottom of the page if you’re interested. The overall gist of the report was that Dan Snyder is, again, a dirtbag, but to go into more detail they found there to be a decades-long toxic workplace culture. They also found that “bullying and intimidation,” “sexual harassment,” and a “culture of fear” pervaded the Commanders organization “for many years” according to their investigation. Not to mention the report also showed that the Commanders organization and the NFL were uncooperative and at times tried to mislead and even interfere with the investigation.
Outside of Dan Snyder himself the Committee also investigated the Commanders organization overall. Their investigation found that the Washington Commanders Stink. Their Name Stinks. Their Team Stinks. Their Fans Stink. Their City Stinks. They concluded their report by saying that Washington needs to get their act together and then said Go Birds! Now that all might not have been explicitly stated in the report but it was heavily implied if you read between the lines.
